My name is Julee, but I go by Juki for the most part! I’m a queer Asian-American artist and have been taking commissions for it for about a year now. I’m in the EST timezone and am most active at night, so if I don’t immediately respond to any DMs please be patient with me. <3

TERMS OF SERVICE

Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission. Do take note that a 10.00 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the total of your upfront payment during refund in addition to standard PayPal fees paid by the artist.General Terms
The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.Payment
+Payment currency is in USD.
+Payment is done through PayPal invoice
+Commissioned artworks should be paid 50% down payment upon accepting the commission and 50% upon completion.Process and Delivery
Pre-commission
The artist will communicate the subject, turnaround time, and cost with the commissioner. Once accepted, the artist will send the commissioner a PayPal invoice for the agreed cost. Once payment has been received and confirmed, the turn around time begins.During Commission
The artist will provide the commissioner with screenshots of the:
+Initial sketch
+Updated sketch w/ flat colors(+lighting layout if applicable)
+Lineart
+Lineart with flat colors
+Fully rendered final piece(if applicable)Post-commission/ Delivery
Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email as a 600 dpi png file attachment.NOTES:
High-res files of the stages leading up to the final piece are not automatically included. Screenshots will always be provided at a legible scale. If not legible, the artist will make adjustments.
A jpeg file or other file type/scale can also be sent upon request.Revisions
+Revisions are welcome and encouraged during the sketching process, but please limit them to 1-3 once lineart has begun.
+Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the payment.
+There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
+Extra revision(s) will incur fees proportional to the additional workload.Copyright and Usage Policy
Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFTs or as feeder art for AI use.For every commissioned artwork, the artist:
+Retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork unless the commissioner requests a commercial use of artwork (additional fee will be applied).
+Can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:
+Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
+Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.NOTE:
Use for video or streaming should be discussed during pre-commission communication.Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund
No refund will be issued at any given circumstances.Cancellation
The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate amount for the work done at that point in time.(Example: Full render canceled in the lineart stage will be charged only for the price of the lineart. Excess will be refunded.)The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no apparent reason.NOTE:
Refunds are not automatically offered for cancellation initiated by the artist.
